At my heaviest i was a 36f and i still am i think.  I havent been measured properly since ive lost the weight (i really should) but some of my bras still fit me, others look absolutley huge and gapy on me. I havent really noticed any changes either.  Hope this helps :)

This is me, on the left im at my heaviest which is about 168lbs and that picture was taken last summer and it makes me feel sick looking at it and how big i was.  However we then move along to the next picture which was taken this summer, not sure how much i weighed then. And then we have the last 2 pictures which were taken yesterday, i currently weigh about 141lbs so thats a loss of 27lbs :) I started my diet and healthy eating in march this year, i didnt go to the gym or anything but my job is very physical so i wouldnt be where i am now if it wasnt for my job as i dont think i would of got myself down to the gym enough to see a difference like this.  I am very happy with my progress, however im still not at my goal weight so on i go…
